1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags/packaging intact.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling, washing, or regular wear and tear will not be eligible.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be returnable (e.g., pillow covers, cushions, customized orders).

2. Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm if the item qualifies for return/exchange.
  3. Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us at your own cost unless the return is due to a defective/damaged item received.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned item passes our quality check.
  • Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • You may request an exchange for a different product or design of equal value (subject to availability).
  • If the chosen replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
